Starlight Children Foundation
The Starlight Children’s Foundation transforms the lives of seriously ill children, young people and their families throughout Australia. While the health professionals focus on treating the illness, Starlight is there to lift the spirits of the child by giving them the opportunity to laugh and play and be a child again.
When Starlight was established over 25 years ago, it was purely a wish granting organisation. Since then it has developed into a wide range of programs designed to make children happy when they need it most. Starlight brings fun and laughter to children no matter what their illness or where they live and supports them throughout their journey.
