Role Description & Responsibilities:

Due to an increased demand in our sales department, we are seeking the services of an additional professional Sales Consultant. This role offers the ideal opportunity for a dynamic, motivated professional to build a career with our network. Offering outstanding remuneration opportunities and a long-term career, this role can provide further advancement based on performance.

What your role will entail:

  • Active sales role working in a captive market
  • Ongoing flow of sales leads from the property management team
  • Negotiate sales
  • Conduct appraisals
  • Prospecting for new business
  • Develop a network of future sales opportunities through first class customer service and building new relationships
  • Liaise with local corporate networks
  • Further development of market share within the region

What you will need:

  • Minimum two years’ experience in a Residential real estate role
  • Experience in home opens and utilizing VPA.
  • A current sales registration certificate
  • Current driver’s licence
  • Highly developed sales and negotiation skills – both written and oral
  • An extremely high level of professional motivation
  • Highly self-disciplined and business ethical standards
  • The desire to be amongst the top 1% of real estate sales people in WA
  • Understanding of and ability to deliver exceptional client service
