After a long and successful career at the elite top sales level with a major Perth agency, Jeni secured her triennial certificate and has been running agencies for the last 8+ years.  Jeni brings a wealth of knowledge to the team and ensures that Crawford quality practices and procedures are maintained.  Jeni is a firm believer that excellent customer service is the key to success and that continued learning and education is essential for all professional agencies.

Ryan has been involved with the real estate industry for over 8 years making the journey from personal investor to real estate professional.  Ryan’s military background gave him the skills and discipline to rise quickly to the state’s highest level in just his first year in sales.  Ryan is a multi-award winning sales rep and has consistently positioned himself in the top 1% of the state for the last 5 years running.  In mid 2008 Ryan developed Crawford Realty, implementing strategies and customer service procedures that have seen the business become of the town’s powerhouse agencies in just a short period of time. Katie comes from a strong business back ground owning her first business at the age of 17 years.By the time Katie was 23 years she owned 3 businesses. By the age of 27 while balancing a young family and busy career, Katie consolidated the smaller businesses into one of the largest regional award winning business venture that employed up to 12 staff. Dave had a long and fulfilling career, 14 years, in the both the NZ and WA police service culminating in an exciting last 5 years as a police dog handler. After joining the Crawford Realty Team in August 2009, Dave has quickly established himself in the Hedland & Newman property market with a phenomenal amount of sales and is quickly gaining a reputation as a hard working, professional, motivated and ethical sales consultant. One of Dave’s proudest achievements was making it into the top 5 in West Australia for listings sold!

Natalie has joined the Crawford Realty team as the Newman Consultant.

Natalie is a Chartered Accountant and has a strong background in audit and management accounting both in Australia and overseas. Natalie has completed both the REIWA Property Management Registration and the Sales Representative Courses and looks forward to furthering her knowledge and experience in this exciting industry. 

Natalie originally grew up in Newman and returned in 1997. As a long term local resident she is very familiar with the issues and unique investment opportunities in this town.

Rose joined our team October ’09 currently undertaking the role of Accounts Manager.  Having worked in the Real Estate Industry for the past 3 years in Property Management, she brings with her a vast range of skills, knowledge, experience and a solid background in customer service. Prior to joining the Real Estate Industry, Rose served nearly 21 years as a public servant for the NZ Government in roles varying from Finance Professional, Social Services to Case Management. (Yes she adds … she’s kiwi and proud).  Rose is a valued contributing member of our team and we welcome her.

Megan, originally from NSW, re-located to Port Hedland with her young family almost a year ago. Megan has now joined the Crawford Realty team as a property manager and brings experience and a energetic “can do” attitude to her role.  Megan started her real estate career with an established Perth agency before joining the Crawford Realty team. Prior to starting in the Real Estate industry Megan had the exciting role of a function coordinator. Both roles have equipped Megan with excellent customer service skills, a keen eye for attention to detail and an organized approach to life.

Amy originally hails from Sydney, with her employment commencing at Crawford Realty in September 2009, as the Inspections / Maintenance officer, Amy has since moved up in the Property Management team to become a qualified Property Manager, after completing her Property professionals Registration with REIWA in March 2010

Julie came to Port Hedland in February 2007.  Julie has a background in the Building Industry working for a local builder back in Newcastle NSW doing Colour selections for new homes; she has also been in the Real Estate Industry for the past 2 years in Port Hedland and has just successfully completed the REIWA Sales Representative Course. Julie and her husband have just purchased a new home in South Hedland and will be working and living in Hedland for many years to come. Julie started with Crawford Realty in March 2010 and is our Leasing Officer.

Karinda Jacobson joins the Crawford Realty team with a wealth of experience in customer service.

Karinda has been in the Pilbara for 9 years, she comes from an action packed background as an Emergency Response / Security Officer. In 2006 Karinda decided to slow down the pace and work as a veterinary nurse at the local veterinary clinic to which she is fully qualified.

Karinda has come to Crawford Reality to join the mining boom in real estate as an inspections officer. Karinda enjoys challenging herself and looks forward to moving up the ranks with Crawford’s to become a property manager.

Whitley was born and bred in Port Hedland, and is proud to call herself “a true local”. Whitley is new to the Real Estate industry and comes from an experienced administration background.  Whitley loves the challenge of being the agencies “Manager of First Impressions” and is excited to further her career in the industry.
